A: For The Carolina Opry Show, Time Warp and The Carolina Opry Christmas Special, we typically have a pre-show that begins about 15 minutes prior to show-time. For these shows, it is generally a safe target to arrive 30 to 45 minutes prior to the show time. For Myrtle Beach Performing Art Series events, we recommend arriving at least 1 hour prior to the stated showtime. As these are not Calvin Gilmore productions, we do not have specific control over the start and finish time of these shows.
A: If you arrive after the curtain has gone up, you will be seated at the manager’s discretion and the specific seats you reserved my no longer be available. Some numbers in our show use very dim lighting and special effects and you may have to wait until these numbers are over to be seated, for everyone’s safety.
A: We see everything from casual to dress. Some patrons are more comfortable in shorts and flip flops and others like to dress up a little for date night!
A: All Calvin Gilmore productions are appropriate and fun for all ages! Myrtle Beach Performing Art Series Events are third party productions hosted here at the theater, we cannot guarantee that all material will be appropriate for all ages as we have no control over the artist performing.
