Since graduating from the Eastman School of Music in 1988, Chris has performed with such greats as Lou Rawls, Ray Charles, Kenny Rogers, and the Tommy Dorsey Orchestra and written arrangements for Bernie Williams, Steve Gatlin, Bill Pinkney of the Original Drifters and many others. Chris also appeared in the motion picture “The Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood” and has recorded a jazz CD entitled, Since Last We Met. Chris returned to the Grand Strand after earning his Master’s Degree in jazz composition at William Paterson University in New Jersey and is currently teaching at Coastal Carolina University.
