Position Summary

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the President of The Carolina Opry Theater. This position combines traditional executive administrative support with a strong emphasis on document preparation, contract handling, and organizational precision.

Key Responsibilities

• • Prepare, proof, and organize legal documents and entertainment contracts
  • Track contract timelines, renewals, and deliverables
  • Communicate with agents, artists, and business partners regarding contract details
  • Manage executive calendars, schedules, and meeting logistics
  • Draft and edit correspondence, memos, and formal letters
  • Maintain digital and hard copy filing systems for contracts and key documents
  • Assist in coordinating business and special projects for the President
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all documentation

   

  Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a Legal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in contract administration
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Integrity and discretion when handling confidential materials
