Position Summary

The Carolina Opry Theater is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Front of House General Manager. This position combines traditional administrative support with project coordination, customer service, and strong organizational skills. Prior administrative experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, proofread, and organize documents

• Manage schedules, appointments, and meeting logistics

• Draft and edit correspondence, memos, and formal letters

• Maintain organized digital filing systems

• Follow instructions carefully and ensure timely follow-through

• Assist with business initiatives and special projects for the General Manager and company

• Assist the General Manager with customer communications and concerns

• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all work

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous administrative or executive support experience

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Asana

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Clear, professional written and verbal communication

• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines

• Ability to work independently and follow through on assigned responsibilities

• Sound judgment, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information
