The groundbreaking producer and director that introduced live entertainment to Myrtle Beach nearly 30 years ago is now debuting his latest production, Thunder and Light, directed by Jeffrey Gilmore. This entirely new live production features the nationally renowned clogging group All That, combined with a multi-million dollar laser light show. The show will include exclusive, original choreography by All That, interviews and background on the group, and the same multi-colored 5-laser show that toured with Pink Floyd and Madonna.
Thunder and Light has been in workshop for several months and Gilmore is now ready to run a limited number of preview showings. Previews are scheduled for September 4, 11, 18, 25 and tickets are now available for purchase.
All That have become a phenomenon amongst visitors in Gilmore’s award-winning productions, The Carolina Opry and Good Vibrations, over the past 10 years, where they will continue to appear nightly. Known nationally for their recent success on NBC’s America’s Got Talent, All That has gathered a fanatical following. Gilmore commented, “The popularity of All That has just been through the roof, this show will fulfill a great demand. These guys have worked tirelessly on new material and we have put together an incredible show. The footwork of All That combined with the choreographed laser show is really amazing.”
Tickets are $29.95 for adults and $21 for children. Discounted group pricing is available for groups over 22 and special package rates for those attending other Calvin Gilmore Productions. Number of tickets may be limited and tickets are expected to sell fast for this rare opportunity to see a hit show on the ground floor.
