Important Changes for the 2016 Season
 
1. All change requests must be in writing. Please submit requests via email, fax, or US Mail (address below).
 
2. Regular Season and Christmas Season weekday performance final counts required 7 days prior to performance and final payment due on the day of the performance.
 
3. All Platinum Seating & Christmas Season weekend performances final counts and payment required 30 days prior to the performance.
 
4. If you do not contact us to confirm final counts, we are unable to contact you with contact information provided, your seats may be released.
 
5. Once a confirmation has been issued, if there is not a change requested per the above requirements, you will be charged for the order.
 
6. Order cancellations that are greater than 10% of the seats reserved are required 14 days prior to the event during the Regular Season and Christmas Weekdays, and 30 days prior for Christmas Weekend events.
 
7. Two complimentary tickets are given to groups of 22 or more paid tickets. No complimentary tickets in platinum seating. If the group number falls below the group minimum, complimentary tickets are forfeited.
