Gilmore announces full season of newest production, Pure Magic
The groundbreaking producer and director that introduced live entertainment to Myrtle Beach over 30 years ago has announced a full season of his latest production, Pure Magic, starring The Wagsters after overwhelming response to several preview show dates in 2017. In this entirely new live production, The Wagsters bring magic, amazement, comedy and drama together with captivating card tricks, confounding disappearing acts and even some silly sleight of hand.
With a charm and wit that is truly contagious, this illusionary duo has already won many hearts. Voted 2017 “Magicians of the Year” by Myrtle Beach Herald, The Wagsters have been featured as a special act of Gilmore’s Thunder and Light show and The Carolina Opry Christmas Special over the last two seasons and were so well received that Gilmore saw an opportunity for a feature show. Gilmore said “This is the sort of intimate magic show that every family loves—and Myrtle Beach has had a void in this area of entertainment. It’s the best kind of good clean family fun. The Wagsters are young, attractive, and talented—their star will rise quickly. People of all ages should see this appealing and compelling show while they can. It’s–magic!”
The season kicks off with two special 7p.m. performances Saturday, January 13 & 20. Check our online calendar for full schedule. Tickets are $25 for adults and $10 for children.
